Classification Hemorrhoids: What are these?

They are located in the anal canal and perform different functions in a continuous manner without the body would soon start to suffer. Hemorrhoidal cushions flex and bend with the movements of the body, allowing the anal canal to be flexible enough to support activities such as walking, running, jumping, and bending. In addition, hemorrhoidal cushions function as "pressure pads", giving the brain a signal when we need to have a bowel movement. Finally, protect the delicate tissues, ligaments and muscles surrounding the anal canal stools daily damage, otherwise inflict. hemorrhoidal cushions blood vessels are particularly effective to deploy and retract, thereby bridging the fabric honeycomb with the blood to drain away, depending on the immediate needs of the organization.

Internal hemorrhoids are what happens when one of the hemorrhoidal veins cushion inflates beyond its capacity to portray. When the remaining hemorrhoidal cushions portrays, the vein is swollen, pulled out from the surface of the cushion. Vena, of course, requires tissue attached to it and an internal hemorrhoid is born. Internal hemorrhoids are a fairly common condition that occurs in the anal canal, and many people have unwittingly small internal hemorrhoids do not cause problems.

Internal hemorrhoids are classified according to a system of classes.

In the first year, internal hemorrhoids do not exceed the anal canal, but they can cause other symptoms such as bleeding or itching.

Two degree hemorrhoids are the first stage of haemorrhoidal prolapse, ie exceeding the anal canal during a bowel movement, but will fall within the body at the end of said defecation.

Three hemorrhoids can protrude from the anal sphincter during a bowel movement and does not retract at the end, but stay inside when pushed by hand. Three hemorrhoids grade tend to bleed more often and are generally easier to turn.

Four grade hemorrhoids protrude from the body all the time. If rejected, they will escape with little time on their own, without any effort. Severe hemorrhoids that need to be examined by a physician, because bleed more easily, are the primary targets of infection and capable of developing a blood clot inside, also known as thrombosis.

External hemorrhoids are a bit 'different.

Do not go hemorrhoidal cushions, which are located inside the anal canal. Instead, come from veins ranging from hemorrhoidal cushions to the area surrounding the external anal sphincter before returning to the heart.

This set of U veins is often subject to the same pressures as the veins directly related to hemorrhoidal cushions, but because they are specifically designed to expand and contract as external hemorrhoids are a bit 'less common.

Thrombosis may occur either in the internal or external hemorrhoids.

Each time a blood clot develops and is trapped in a hemorrhoid becomes a thrombosed hemorrhoid. Hemorrhoids usually very poorly due to general inflammation that always puts in. These should be seen by a doctor as hemorrhoids can cause many complications.

These are all terms that your doctor may use when referring to the specific situation of your hemorrhoids.

If you or someone you know is prone to hemorrhoids, you may want to become familiar with this terminology, because it makes communication with the medical provider a lot easier and will ultimately lead to a life without hemorrhoids.
